Meet Amy & Derek

Hi, we’re Amy and Derek.

In August 2024 we sold the house, the cars, and almost everything in them, and made the world our home. Two years and 55+ countries later, we’re still going – no home base, no return date, and no plans to change that.

We document all of it on Rich & Homeless, our YouTube channel, where we show what full-time travel actually looks like: the epic landscapes, the five-star hotels, the questionable rental cars, and the systems that make a life like this possible.

Because that’s the other half of our story. We’re entrepreneurs first, and travel is what we built our businesses to fund.

Adapt Agency is our marketing and capital-raising agency. We’ve helped raise $110M+ in private capital, and our campaigns have touched $35B+ in assets under management across 1,000+ companies in 55+ countries.

Health Wealth Capital is our medical real estate fund — 70+ net-lease healthcare buildings across 27 states, over $100M in assets, paying investors monthly.
